Train the Trainer Academy

HEAL’s two-day Train the Trainer Academy, held annually since 2019, equips health educators with essential knowledge and teaching skills to train other health professionals in their communities to respond to human trafficking.

  • Evaluate your personal training strengths and areas for growth
  • Develop strategies to enhance human trafficking response efforts in your community
  • Expand your community of clinician-educators passionate about eradicating human trafficking
A couple dozen professionals in scrubs and white medical coats sit in several rows and look toward the front of a room smiling. Some wear stethoscopes. In the front is a young man with short dark curly hair and a clean-trimmed moustache and goatee.
A young woman with dark curly hair wears blue scrubs and smiles toward the camera. On a table in front of her she crosses her arms casually and around her neck she wears a lanyard with an identification card.
