HEAL Trafficking’s Annual Reports

At HEAL Trafficking, we believe healthcare has the power to transform how the world responds to human trafficking. Each year, our Annual Report highlights the progress we’ve made—and the growing community of healthcare professionals, survivor leaders, and partners driving this change forward.

2024 Annual Report: A Year of Opening Doors and Driving Change

In our second Annual Report, we reflect on a year of deepened impact and expanded global reach. In 2024, HEAL launched new labor trafficking education initiatives, introduced our Bi-Weekly Bulletin, and partnered with healthcare leaders across the globe to embed survivor-centered protocols into national systems.

This report highlights how we’re opening doors—to stronger policies, more informed care, and a future where every healthcare setting is equipped to identify and support trafficking survivors.

2023 Annual Report: 10 Years in the Making

Although 2023 marked our first-ever Annual Report, it came after a decade of groundwork. This inaugural report tells the story of HEAL’s evolution into the global leader at the intersection of healthcare and trafficking response.

It highlights major milestones, including our collaboration with the World Health Organization, the launch of the Brazilian Protocol Toolkit, and a growing focus on labor trafficking, education, and advocacy.
